TAMBO TOURS and its affiliates act only as agents for the passengers with respect to services provided by others, including but not limited to hotels, restaurants, sightseeing, adventures and transportation. ( land, sea and air)

TAMBO TOURS and it's agents shall not be liable for any wrongful death, injury, loss, damage, delay or inconvenience arising from any defect of any vehicle or act, omission, neglect, accident, error or default of a company or person engaged in providing such hotels, restaurant, sightseeing, adventure, transportation or other services of the tour.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS: Declares that you are participating in the activities with knowledge of the dangers involved and hear by you agree to be responsible for your own welfare and you assume any and all risks of illness, injury, emotional trauma and death and hereby release and discharge TAMBO TOURS, its owners' agents or associates from all actions, claims, demands for damages resulting in your participation in the trip and or adventure.

NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR TOUR PRICE: Airfare or Meals, unless mentioned. Costs of visas, passports, tourist cards, vaccination certificates, excess baggage charges, personal baggage or health insurance, tips for tour guides, airport taxes, air transportation (unless noted) or items used for personal nature.

CANCELLATIONS: Are required in writing and received by TAMBO TOURS. Fees are as follows prior to departure date. From 90-60 days = less 25% per person. From 59-45 days = less 40% per person. From 44-30 days = less 60% per person. From 29-15 days = less 75% per person, Less than 14 days = 100% fee is assessed. NOTE : All Inca Trail permits purchased there is a 100% cancellation fee. All *Galapagos *charters/individual spaces and some specific *hotels that require a 90 - 120 day advance payments have different cancellation rules that may not allow a refund. We will try our best to assist in reselling or refunding any possible amounts however the noted *hotels & *Galapagos boats have the final decision of credit. Unused portions of tours are non-refundable and are non-exchangeable.

INDIVIDUALS FORM OF PAYMENT: All land services are to be paid in U.S. funds 45 days prior to departure unless otherwise advised. Methods of payment by either cashier checks, money orders or credit cards. Personal checks are acceptable only with a (30) day advance booking.

TRAVEL AGENTS, GROUPS & TRAVEL INDUSTRY FORM OF PAYMENT: All land services are to be paid in U.S. funds 45 days prior to departure unless otherwise advised. Methods of payment by either cashier checks, money orders or wire. Personal checks are acceptable only with a (45) day advance booking. Credit cards deposits can be made with a maximum of $3000.00 per agency card. Since rates are cash discounted charges are subject to credit card fees of 3.5% to 5% for payment.

TRAVEL AGENTS, GROUPS & TRAVEL INDUSTRY: Discounted rates offered are exclusively made for travel agencies, groups or travel industry. These rates are cash discounted and non - commissionable.
